1. Website owner and these terms
HealthcareGov.App is owned and operated by CallsInQ LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms of Service mean CallsInQ LLC in its role as the operator of this website. These terms describe the conditions for using the website, its content, and its contact features. Please read them before using those features.
HealthcareGov.App is a private website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. government or HealthCare.gov. The official federal Health Insurance Marketplace is available at HealthCare.gov.
For questions about the website or these terms, contact CallsInQ LLC at coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225.
2. Partner companies and separate services
Our partner companies include:
- SOL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY LLC
- Emergent Health Group LLC
- Vital Guard Insurance Services LLC
CallsInQ LLC owns the website; the companies listed above are partners. These roles are distinct. A partner relationship does not make a partner the owner of this website, establish a government affiliation, or mean that every partner is involved in every inquiry.
A partner may provide assistance in connection with an inquiry referred to it with the appropriate permission. Each company is responsible for its own representations, personnel, services, applicable licensing obligations, and separate agreements. Any insurance service must be provided by persons and entities authorized to provide it where required.
Availability depends on the specific company, service, location, and circumstances. The website does not promise access to every insurer or plan. A separate application, authorization, privacy notice, service agreement, or insurer document may apply when you work with a partner or another provider.
3. Information and insurance decisions
Website content provides general information and a way to request contact. It is not an insurance policy, a binding coverage quote, an offer to issue insurance, an eligibility determination, or individualized medical, legal, or tax advice.
We do not guarantee a particular premium, subsidy, savings amount, benefit, provider network, prescription coverage, eligibility outcome, or enrollment opportunity. Information may change, including enrollment deadlines, plan availability, costs, and coverage rules.
Review the applicable plan documents, Summary of Benefits and Coverage, exclusions, limitations, network, formulary, and payment requirements. Confirm current details with the insurer or relevant Marketplace. Official plan documents and applicable eligibility determinations govern coverage.
4. No automatic enrollment or coverage changes
Visiting the website, calling a displayed number, sending an email, or submitting a callback request does not enroll you in a plan, activate coverage, cancel or change a policy, or guarantee a coverage start date.
Enrollment requires separate steps and any required authorization, application review, eligibility determination, confirmation, and premium payment. A callback request is not authorization to access a Marketplace account, submit or change an application, appoint an agent, or obtain medical records.
5. Callback requests and communications
The current callback form requests a manual telephone response concerning health insurance. It does not book a particular appointment, guarantee a response time, or authorize automated marketing calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or marketing text messages.
Any program requiring separate communications consent must present the appropriate disclosures and obtain the required permission. Acceptance of these terms or the Privacy Policy is not a substitute for that permission. A partner referral also remains subject to the applicable request, notice, and authorization.
Provide a telephone number that you are authorized to use for the request. You may withdraw a callback request or ask us to stop contacting you at coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225. If a partner is contacting you directly, you may also give that partner your request.
6. Your information and privacy
Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or request unwanted contact for someone else. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit and for having the authority to provide it.
Do not send Social Security numbers, banking or card information, identity documents, medical records, or sensitive insurance application materials through the callback form or ordinary email. Use the appropriate provider’s designated application channels when additional information is required.
Our Privacy Policy describes collection, use, disclosure, retention, and privacy choices. These terms do not waive privacy rights or grant permission for data uses that require separate consent.
7. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use this website for lawful personal research and legitimate contact requests. Contact features are intended for adults able to make their own requests or authorized to act on another person’s behalf.
Do not submit spam or malicious code; misrepresent your identity or authority; attempt unauthorized access to systems or records; interfere with availability or security; evade reasonable abuse-prevention controls; or use the website to harass, defraud, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not collect other visitors’ personal information through unauthorized means.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Such action does not remove applicable consumer rights or prevent a legitimate privacy request through the contact channels provided.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, design, and software are owned by CallsInQ LLC or their respective owners or licensors and may be protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to those rights, you may view the website and link to its public pages.
These terms do not transfer ownership of our materials or grant permission to use a company’s name, logo, or other marks in a way that implies an unauthorized endorsement. Uses beyond those permitted by law require permission from the relevant rights holder.
9. External websites and third-party services
Links may take you to government websites, partners, insurers, or enrollment and other service providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability, content, decisions, or practices, and a link alone does not create an endorsement or government affiliation.
Before submitting information or entering an agreement elsewhere, review the receiving company’s identity, applicable notices, and the details of its offer or service.
10. Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but the website may contain errors, become outdated, or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content and features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer concerns this website and does not alter an insurer’s contractual obligations or any warranty, duty, or protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Verify important and time-sensitive information with the relevant source before acting.
11. Limitations and preserved rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CallsInQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website. This provision does not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights, changes insurance benefits, prevents a complaint to a regulator, or requires you to waive a claim that applicable law protects. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
12. Questions, changes, and interpretation
Please contact coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225 about a problem with the website so it can be reviewed. This request does not require you to contact us before using a legal remedy or making a regulatory complaint.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required; changes do not retroactively remove existing rights.
Applicable federal and state law governs where required. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. No failure to enforce a provision waives a right that may otherwise be exercised lawfully. Separate written agreements for particular services continue to govern those services.
