1. Owner, scope, and contact
CallsInQ LLC owns and operates HealthcareGov.App. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CallsInQ LLC in connection with this website and its contact features. HealthcareGov.App is a private website and is not affiliated with the U.S. government or HealthCare.gov.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, when we may disclose it, how long we retain it, and how to make a privacy request. For questions or requests, contact CallsInQ LLC at coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225. Please identify HealthcareGov.App in your message.
This policy does not replace a privacy notice supplied by an insurance agency, insurer, Marketplace, enrollment platform, or other company when you use its services. A service on another domain or subdomain may have its own notice; review the notice displayed where you submit information.
2. Our partner companies
HealthcareGov.App works with the following partner companies in connection with health insurance inquiries and related assistance:
- SOL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY LLC
- Emergent Health Group LLC
- Vital Guard Insurance Services LLC
Marketing link hosting program
CallsInQ LLC provides a marketing link hosting program through HealthcareGov.App for participating partner companies. The program makes designated HealthcareGov.App subdomains available for partner marketing links. The following partners use these subdomains:
- Vital Guard Insurance Services LLC: coverage.healthcaregov.app
- SOL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY LLC: enroll.healthcaregov.app
When using a partner marketing link, review the partner identity, terms, privacy notice, and any contact or consent disclosures displayed on the page or destination you visit.
CallsInQ LLC remains the owner of this website. Identifying a company as a partner does not mean that it owns this website, is a government agency, or is your insurer. Services, availability, licensing requirements, and any separate engagement are determined by the company providing the service.
A partner may receive information when you ask us to involve that partner, request a referral, or otherwise authorize the disclosure. We limit such disclosures to information relevant to your request and the permissions you provide. Listing partners here does not automatically send every website submission to every partner.
3. Information we collect and its sources
- Callback information you provide: a phone number, plus your name and ZIP code if you choose to supply them. Name and ZIP code are optional on the current callback form.
- Communications: information you voluntarily include in an email, privacy request, or other communication with us, and records needed to handle that communication.
- Request and permission records: the page from which a request was submitted, submission time, the contact disclosure presented, and identifiers used to prevent duplicate requests and document the request.
- Technical and security information: our website and hosting services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs. The callback system uses a protected representation of an IP address for short-term abuse prevention rather than adding the raw IP address to the callback record.
- Information from an authorized referral: if you ask another company to refer your inquiry to us, we may receive the contact information, inquiry details, and permission records supplied with that referral. The referring company’s notice and the permission you provided also matter.
We obtain information directly from you, through operation of the website, or through a referral you have authorized. Please provide accurate information and only request contact at a number you are authorized to use.
4. Sensitive information and insurance applications
The callback form is a contact request, not an insurance application. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card or bank details, identity documents, detailed medical information, or medical records through this form or ordinary email.
An insurer, Marketplace, or enrollment provider may require additional information through its own application process. Review its privacy notice and use its designated channels. This policy does not serve as a HIPAA authorization, permission to access medical records, or authorization to submit or change an insurance application.
5. How we use information
We use information to receive and manage inquiries; provide the telephone callback you requested; answer messages; arrange an authorized referral; maintain records of requests and permissions; prevent duplicate submissions, fraud, and misuse; troubleshoot and protect the website; respond to privacy requests; and comply with applicable obligations.
We use information for purposes reasonably connected with the request and the notices and permissions provided. If a materially different use requires additional notice or consent, we must provide that notice or obtain that consent before proceeding.
6. When information may be disclosed
- Authorized personnel: people acting for CallsInQ LLC who need the information to handle requests, administer the website, or meet an applicable obligation.
- Named partners: the partner companies listed above, where disclosure is requested or otherwise authorized for the relevant inquiry. This may include your contact details, ZIP code, inquiry information you choose to provide, and the associated permission record.
- Service providers: hosting, email, security, technical support, and other providers that process information to help operate the website or handle requests. Access should be limited to the relevant service.
- Legal and protective purposes: where required by law or legal process, or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address security issues, establish or defend legal claims, or protect lawful rights and safety.
- Business transactions: in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality, notice, and legal requirements.
A partner that separately collects or determines how to use information may be responsible for that processing under its own privacy notice. You can ask that partner for its notice and contact it about information it holds. You may also contact us for help identifying the recipient of an authorized referral.
This policy is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing, sale of personal information, or sharing that requires a separate consent or opt-out mechanism. A referral arrangement’s legal treatment depends on the actual arrangement and applicable law; required privacy choices and notices must be provided.
7. Calls, texts, and your contact choices
Submitting the current callback form requests a manual telephone response about health insurance. It does not authorize automated marketing calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or marketing text messages. Merely visiting this website or reading this policy is not consent to those communications.
Any separate messaging or automated-contact program must use its own applicable disclosures and permissions. Any required enrollment-assistance authorization must also be obtained separately.
To withdraw a callback request or ask us to stop contacting you, contact coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225 and identify the number concerned. If you are communicating directly with a partner, you may also give that partner your request. We may retain a limited suppression or request record where needed to honor your choice or meet an obligation.
8. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
WordPress and our hosting services may use technologies needed for operation, security, and administration. The announcement banner uses browser session storage to remember dismissal. The current website build does not include third-party advertising pixels or analytics services added by us.
You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect functionality. If our use of advertising or tracking technologies changes, applicable notices and choices must be updated.
9. Retention
Callback records are generally retained for 90 days and then removed by the website’s scheduled cleanup process. A record may be held longer where needed to finish handling the request, resolve a dispute, satisfy legal obligations, or address security concerns. Cleanup timing can depend on scheduled processing.
Email correspondence, security logs, backups, and records needed to honor privacy or contact preferences may have different retention periods based on their purpose, sensitivity, applicable requirements, and operational needs. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove a copy from a backup awaiting routine replacement. Partners maintain their own retention practices for information they hold.
10. Security
We use access restrictions and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Callback records are not publicly available through the website. No website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure; do not use ordinary email or the callback form for sensitive application materials.
11. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location, applicable law, and any relevant exemptions, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain information about disclosures, or opt out of certain uses. Where applicable, additional rights may include opting out of sale, targeted-advertising sharing, or certain profiling; limiting particular uses of sensitive information; or appealing a denied request.
Contact coverage@healthcaregov.app or (877) 755-1225 to make a request, withdraw a contact request, or ask about an applicable opt-out. State what you want us to do and provide enough information to locate the record. Do not email identity documents or sensitive identification numbers unless we first arrange an appropriate verification method.
We may verify your identity and, where relevant, an authorized representative’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain applicable exceptions or a denial, and provide any legally required appeal process. If you wish to appeal a response, reply through the same contact channel and identify it as an appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. Children and use from outside the United States
This website is intended for adults seeking information or assistance. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit callback requests. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request review and deletion as appropriate.
The website is intended for U.S. health insurance inquiries. If you access it from elsewhere, processing may occur in the United States or other locations where relevant providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as services, practices, or requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Publishing a new policy does not retroactively authorize a use of previously collected information that requires consent.
